Terms of Sale and Use
The agreement between you and us when you use Flightdeck. Plain language on purpose.
1. Who we are
Flightdeck is a service of EASYTECH, SAS (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €1,000, 2 rue de la Libération, 74000 Annecy, France, RCS Annecy 943 638 387, VAT FR49 943 638 387 ("we"). You can reach us at contact@easytech-agency.net. Full details are in the legal notice.
2. What Flightdeck is
Flightdeck reads public news headlines and official statements with an AI model and sets them beside market prices. It shows when a market moves sharply and what was reported around the move, the running stories, a calendar of scheduled releases with expected and actual figures, gauges that measure the news on one theme each, a filtered news wire, and Ask, which answers questions from what Flightdeck read and measured. AI readings can be wrong, and every report links to its source so you can check it.
It is an information service, not investment advice. The gauges describe news coverage. Analyses and historical figures describe what happened in the past. Nothing in Flightdeck predicts prices or is a personalised recommendation. Market prices shown may be delayed and come from third parties; do not rely on them to trade. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Your account
You need an account to open the cockpit, and you must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: an account is personal and may not be shared or resold. Give us a valid email address; we use it for sign-in and for messages about your account and billing.
4. Free trial, price and payment
- Plans. One plan with everything included, billed monthly (€24) or yearly (€199). Prices include VAT. Businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout. Subscribers who joined on an earlier price keep it for as long as their subscription runs.
- 7-day free trial. A new account gets 7 days of full access for free, from the moment it is created. No payment card is asked for and nothing is charged. We email you on day 5 and on the last day. When the trial ends, access stops until you choose a plan. One trial per person and per email address. (Trials started before 8 October 2026 asked for a card at checkout; they run as agreed then.)
- Choosing a plan during the trial. If you choose a plan while your trial runs, your plan starts when the trial ends and your card is charged then, provided at least two days remain; with less than two days left, the plan starts and is charged on the day you choose it. Checkout shows which applies before you pay.
- Automatic renewal. Your plan renews and your card is charged at each renewal (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. For a yearly plan, we email you between one and three months before each renewal with its date, its price and how to stop it.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. An invoice is emailed to you for each payment.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we retry and email you. If it still cannot be collected, access is suspended until it is settled.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before then.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, from Manage billing inside the cockpit. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded, except as provided in section 6 or by law.
6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you start your trial to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To do so, cancel from Manage billing or send an unambiguous statement to contact@easytech-agency.net (you may use the model form below). If you were charged within those 14 days, we refund the full amount within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method.
Model withdrawal form: "To EASYTECH, 2 rue de la Libération, 74000 Annecy, France, contact@easytech-agency.net. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Flightdeck subscription. Ordered on: … Name: … Email of the account: … Date: …"
7. Fair use
Use Flightdeck for yourself. You may not scrape it, redistribute or resell its data or indicators, build a competing dataset from it, probe or disrupt it, or use it in violation of any law. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you when the situation allows it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Flightdeck available around the clock, but it depends on third parties (news publishers, the AI model provider, cloud hosting, market data sources) and can be interrupted or wrong. Indicators can change as we improve how they are computed. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
9. Liability
Flightdeck is provided as an information tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.
10. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Ending the contract
You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@easytech-agency.net. We may end the contract for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any period paid and not used unless the breach caused us harm.
12. Law, complaints and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to contact@easytech-agency.net first: we answer within a few working days. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator; failing agreement, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. If you use Flightdeck for business purposes, the courts of Annecy have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies. Continuing to use Flightdeck after that date means you accept the new terms; you can cancel before it if you do not.
